For specialists with engineering education:
The first interview is conducted by a recruiter. At the interview, you will be tested on your basic knowledge of physics, mathematics, geometry and what you studied at the university.
The second Interview is conducted by the Lead / Senior Specialist of the department. He / she will test the skills you have acquired during your previous jobs, internships, internships.
The third interview will take place directly with the director of the company, where your personal qualities will be assessed.
