EPC IN FACT RATHER THAN IN WORD

We design and build complete plant facilities, either as part of larger capital projects, for example as part of integrated plant expansion schemes, or on a stand-alone basis. We work with our Clients from the very earliest phases of their investment, providing a comprehensive study capability, and support up to completion of the basic engineering phase and project delivery in the EPC phase through to commissioning. We can also provide on-going asset support, upgrades and revamps.

Engineering phase

Our specialists design the project to match pre-determined specifications and site-specific details. Prior design completion, yield simulation tests could be performed to make sure it is the most efficient and productive configuration possible. PSI would support all necessary permitting and State review processes.

Procurement phase

The PSI Engineers and Project Construction Managers work closely with our Procurement Team to ensure all primary items are supplied to site on time. PSI uses only highest quality equipment and materials, and conducts QA audits and FAT testing.

Construction phase

From the preparation of the project documentation to the handover of the turnkey project, PSI finalizes the project paperwork and applies our experience-based project and quality standards to ensure all contractors and sub-contractors are performing to specification. During the construction phase, each project is led by an experienced PSI Project Construction Manager, who oversees each and every project milestone.
